4. The Wood Pellet Mill integrates advanced German technology, representing a patented innovation. The unique flat die design generates significantly higher pressure than traditional ring die pellet mills. This allows for larger rollers and bearings, producing greater pressure essential for pressing crude fiber biomass waste into high-quality pellets, overcoming the limitations of ring die pellet mills.
5. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, the Wood Pellet Mill ensures efficient lubrication of the three rollers, vertical shaft, bearings, and gears. This automation eliminates the need for manual oiling every four working hours, significantly simplifying operation.
6. The Wood Pellet Mill features a hydraulic pump that automatically adjusts the pressure between rollers and the flat die to accommodate various material pressure ratios. This automatic adjustment eliminates the need for manual pressure tuning, making the mill exceptionally user-friendly.
