2. Our Wood Pellet Mill can produce pellets with a diameter of 2-8mm, featuring high density and user-friendly operation. Equipped with an adjustable knife near the pellet mill outlet door, you can easily set the desired pellet length.
3. The mill incorporates a flat die, where the hole size can be customized between 2mm-8mm. For instance, installing a 4mm die will yield 4mm diameter pellets. The pellet density ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 ton/m³, ensuring robust and compact output.
4. Our Wood Pellet Mill leverages advanced German technology and stands as our national patent machine. The flat die design generates higher pressure compared to ring die mills. Enlarged rollers and bearings facilitate this superior pressure application, crucial for pressing pellets from low-adhesive crude fiber biomass waste, which requires substantial force.
5. The Wood Pellet Mill features an automatic lubrication system, seamlessly lubricating the three rollers, vertical shaft, bearings, and gears. Unlike manual systems that necessitate oiling every four hours, this automated feature significantly simplifies operation and maintenance.
