2. Our Wood Pellet Mill can press pellets ranging from 2-8mm in diameter with high density, making it convenient to operate. A knife installed near the pellet mill outlet allows for easy adjustment of the pellet length.
3. The Wood Pellet Mill features a versatile flat die that can be customized with hole sizes from 2mm to 8mm. For example, a 4mm hole die will produce 4mm diameter pellets with a density of 1.1-1.4 tons per cubic meter.
4. Adopting advanced German technology, our nationally patented Wood Pellet Mill features a flat die that generates higher pressure than ring die pellet mills. Enlarged rollers and bearings provide greater pressure, while ring die pellet mills are limited by their diameter, reducing their ability to withstand high pressure. This makes our machine ideal for pressing pellets from low-adhesive biomass waste such as crude fiber.
5. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, the Wood Pellet Mill ensures consistent lubrication of the rollers, vertical shaft, bearings, and gears. Without this system, manual oil addition would be required every four working hours, making operation cumbersome.
6. Our Wood Pellet Mill includes a hydraulic pump that automatically adjusts the pressure between the rollers and flat die to accommodate different material pressure ratios. This eliminates the need for manual pressure adjustments, simplifying operation significantly.
