2. Designed for convenience, the Wood Pellet Mill can produce pellets with diameters ranging from 2-8mm, featuring high-density output. An adjustable knife positioned near the pellet mill's outlet allows easy control over the final pellet length.
3. Inside the Wood Pellet Mill, a versatile flat die with hole sizes ranging from 2mm to 8mm can be installed. For instance, using a 4mm hole die will produce 4mm diameter pellets with a density of 1.1-1.4 tons/m³, ensuring consistent and reliable pellet production.
4. Our Wood Pellet Mill leverages advanced German technology, a testament to our national patent. The flat die design offers unparalleled pressure production compared to ring die pellet mills. This enhancement allows for enlarged rollers and bearings capable of generating greater pressure, essential for processing low-adhesive crude fiber biomass waste into superior pellets. Conversely, ring die pellet mills have limitations due to their smaller bearing rooms and inadequate roller enlargement, affecting their pressure endurance.
5. To streamline operations, the Wood Pellet Mill features an automatic lubrication system, which effortlessly lubricates the three rollers, vertical shaft, bearings, and gears. This automation eliminates the need for manual oil additions every four working hours, significantly reducing operational hassle.
6. Equipped with a hydraulic pump, the Wood Pellet Mill automatically adjusts the pressure between rollers and the flat die to accommodate varying material pressure ratios. This innovation negates the need for manual pressure adjustments, enhancing ease of operation and efficiency.
