3. The mill incorporates a flat die, where the hole size can be customized between 2mm-8mm. For instance, installing a 4mm die will yield 4mm diameter pellets. The pellet density ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 ton/m³, ensuring robust and compact output.
4. Our Wood Pellet Mill leverages advanced German technology and stands as our national patent machine. The flat die design generates higher pressure compared to ring die mills. Enlarged rollers and bearings facilitate this superior pressure application, crucial for pressing pellets from low-adhesive crude fiber biomass waste, which requires substantial force.
