3. Inside the Wood Pellet Mill, a flat die is used, which can be customized with hole sizes from 2mm to 8mm. For instance, a 4mm hole die will produce 4mm diameter pellets. The resulting pellet density ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 tons per cubic meter, ensuring compact and high-quality output.
4. Our Wood Pellet Mill incorporates advanced German technology and is protected by a national patent. The flat die design generates higher pressure than the ring die pellet mill, allowing for larger rollers and bearings. This configuration is crucial for processing crude fiber biomass waste, which requires high pressure due to its low adhesive properties.
